Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding
4 C whole milk
2/3 C sugar
1/2 C small pearl tapioca*
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp of vanilla
Stir all ingredients together in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on medium for three hours, or on low for six hours, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
*Minute Tapioca will work, but you will need to decrease the time on low to about 4 hours and stir more frequently to avoid burning
