Professional Development Award

The College of Arts and Sciences Well-Being and Belonging Committee invites nominations of faculty members for the Professional Development Award for promoting mutual understanding.

The award recognizes the research, teaching and service of faculty members in the College of Arts and Sciences who have made significant efforts to promote a welcoming environment and varied perspectives at K-State and beyond. The award usually conveys $500-1,800, for either a single or multple awardees.

We invite faculty and staff members to nominate deserving faculty members by completing the short nomination form below. Self nominations are also welcome via the same form.

Eligibility

Nominees must be College of Arts and Sciences faculty members of any rank. Preference will be given to junior faculty on the path to tenure, but mid-career faculty nominations are welcome.
