Economics Spotlight - July
Professor Yang-Ming Chang presented his paper "Insecure Resources, Trade, and National Defense: Will Greater Trade Openness Reduce Conflict?" (co-authored with Dr. Shih-Jye Wu) at the 27th International Conference on Game Theory, July 17-21. The conference is organized by the Stony Brook Center for Game Theory in New York.
A paper by Assistant Professor of Economics, Lei Lei Shen with Tracy Turner was recently published in the quarterly publication Real Estate Economics, which is produced by the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association. The paper is titled, "Are Rising College Premium Capitalized into House Prices in China?".
