Help recruit new Arts and Sciences Wildcats!
As an alum, you remember how great it felt to be in the Little Apple, taking classes from amazing professors and connecting with other K-Staters. We want to help more students have great experiences like you did.
Universities across the nation are experiencing decreases in enrollment due to a decrease in the high school-aged population and fewer people choosing university over other options. We’re working to attract more students and retain those who choose us, because we truly believe in the value of an Arts and Sciences education and the community of K-State. We want more students to be able to learn from award-winning professors and benefit from research and other applied learning opportunities—and we'd appreciate your help spreading the word about the outstanding experience students can get in our college.
How you can help
If you're a nearby teacher, think about bringing your class to visit K-State in Manhattan! Our beautiful campus is a game-changer. Topics like math, English, science and history are great starting points for a major in the College of Arts and Sciences, but we also offer so much more! To see all our academic programs, visit our majors and programs page. You can also invite a faculty member to present to your class through our Ask an Expert program. Help us show students how special our campus and faculty are!
If you aren’t a teacher, you can still help! Tell your young loved ones about your K-State experience. A fun walk down memory lane can be a great recruitment tool!
Encourage students and teachers who are interested in visiting K-State to contact Office of Recruitment and Admissions, 785-532-6318. They will make sure that you and your student(s) get the purple-carpet experience!
