The information below will assist you with setting up your eID and will introduce you to the numerous technology resources, services, and tools available to you as a K-State student.
KSU eID - Your electronic identity
Your eID is your K-State user name and becomes part of your K-State email, is used to enroll in classes, access Canvas, view online paychecks, and much more.
Tips for staying safe online
- K-State will never ask you for the password associated with your eID. Never share your password with anyone.
- Learn how to recognize phishing scams and other cybercrimes.
- Visit K-State's IT Security site for other guidance and resources for staying safe and keeping your information secure online.
FREE access to technology
As a K-State student, you have FREE access to Office 365 programs: email, calendar, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office suite. You also have access to other software, such as Zoom video conferencing and technology equipment.
